Helping pupils to go further
“Children are individuals and it is important to provide a wide variety of enrichment activities and developmental opportunities. I aim to make learning fun but expect high standards of behaviour and respect for others within our school.”

THE ELMS COMMUNITY
Mrs Lampon joined The Elms, in 2004, four years after it opened. Having worked for all three of the school’s Head teachers over this time, Mrs Lampon has witnessed first-hand the school develop to the wonderful place it is today. Her two sons have also experienced the first-class education provided as former pupils of Trent College.
For pupils across the school, Mrs Lampon is a familiar face who can be relied upon when classroom cover is required. With experience of leading subjects as varied as Religious Education to Science and Mathematics, Mrs Lampon can easily step into any lesson plan to provide a seamless experience.
